The 5 layers of non-stick coating help to reduce oil consumption as you need very little to no oil for cooking on a non-stick surface. The non-stick surface is scratch resistant so you can continue to use your metals ladles and spoons to cook. The body of the cookware is made of die-cast aluminium; it's strong and durable. It will not bend or corrode with use and helps to save fuel by heating quickly, retaining the heat and then distributing it evenly across the cooking surface.
